The defendant failed to discharge the burden of showing that production of the requested documents was necessary under Order 24 rule 13 ROC 2012; many documents were between the parties and in the defendant's possession or were the defendant's own documents, the invoice had already been produced, and the application was abusive and intended to delay, therefore the production order was unjustified and the application was dismissed.
