The court held the enforcement application was time-barred under s6(3) of the Limitation Act and the court had no jurisdiction to grant an extension beyond that statutory period; accordingly the ex-parte First Order (8.06.2018) and the Second Order (6.05.2019) which effectively extended that leave are invalid and are set aside.
