Section 15B POCA is unconstitutional to the extent it purports to oust the courts' jurisdiction to adjudicate challenges under Article 4(1) FC; the Constitution's supremacy requires that any statute or clause seeking to preclude constitutional review is ineffective; courts may therefore judicially review Board decisions in preventive detention for legality (illegality, irrationality, procedural impropriety) though not to re‑weigh merits or undertake detailed factual inquiries.
