Clause 2 permitted changes to working hours but did not authorize unilateral reduction of salary; there was no evidence the Respondent was excluded from the Employment Act as a non-manual worker; the Appellant reduced salary without consent and effectively terminated the Respondent, entitling him to unpaid salary, termination benefits and salary in lieu of notice; therefore the Labour Court's order was correct and the appeal is dismissed.
