Court found unchallenged and consistent documentary and witness evidence that funds belonged to ARMADA, that the defendant as a holder/leader authorised or directed withdrawals and transfers without required MPT approval, that transfers to the defendant's personal accounts and ASB were inconsistent with legitimate campaign accounting, and that prosecution proved all elements of the offences beyond reasonable doubt; conviction on all four counts followed and sentences were imposed accordingly.
