The High Court held the Industrial Court did not commit error of law or act irrationally: the claimant pleaded and led evidence of a series of conduct culminating in withdrawal of a job offer and instruction to resign; the Industrial Court's finding that these acts amounted to forced resignation and constructive dismissal was supported by the evidence and not perverse, therefore the judicial review application was dismissed.
