High Court found the Industrial Court erred in law and acted irrationally by failing to properly assess evidence that the employer unilaterally increased targets and removed accounts, that procedural safeguards for poor performance were not satisfied and that there was mala fides by management; accordingly the Industrial Court award dated 13.11.2019 was set aside and the applicant's judicial review application was allowed.
