The court found prosecution proved beyond reasonable doubt that the urine sample (P6) belonged to the accused, that collection complied with s31A and applicable procedures, that laboratory analysis (P13) confirmed amphetamine and methamphetamine listed in Schedule I Part III, and that chain of custody was intact; the defence raised only a bare denial/afterthought and failed to create reasonable doubt, therefore conviction under s15(1)(a) is warranted.
