Prosecution failed to prove a prima facie case because material discrepancies in exhibit weight were unexplained, gaps and contested aspects in identification and chain of custody existed, presence of other unidentified persons and lack of evidence of possession/control or common intention by each accused prevented legitimate inferences of trafficking; accordingly defendants were discharged under the s180 assessment.
