The High Court lacks jurisdiction under Article 121(1A) of the Federal Constitution to review the classification, the direction and the Practice Direction because the subject matter concerns procedure for filing records of appeal within the Syariah Appeal Court's jurisdiction; therefore the applicant must raise those objections in the Syariah Appeal Court.
