The court held that the Official Receiver, acting as liquidator, is entitled to apply for removal of private caveats that impede the liquidation process because s483 CA 2016 and s327 NLC empower the court to vest company property and to remove caveats; the respondent failed to demonstrate any enforceable caveatable interest or to pursue the proposed challenge to the winding up order, and therefore justice requires removal of the caveats so the liquidator can administer and vest the properties.
