The High Court found the statutory preconditions satisfied, accepted SPRM investigator affidavits and documentary transfer evidence on the civil standard, concluded on the balance of probabilities that the RM265,146.16 in AMI's account derived from unlawful activity connected to transfers from NR, and held respondents' bare denials and claims of good faith were insufficient to rebut the applicant's case; therefore the forfeiture order under s56 was granted.
