Plaintiffs failed to discharge the burden of proof that the first defendant entered the deceased's lane and was negligent; scene evidence, photographs and chemical report made the defendants' version more probable that the deceased suddenly emerged and collided with the first defendant; therefore the deceased was 100% liable for the accident and plaintiffs' claims are dismissed; defendants' counterclaim was not proven and is dismissed.
