On the balance of probabilities the defendants (through defendant driver) were primarily negligent; liability apportioned 90% to defendants and 10% contributory negligence to plaintiff; plaintiff entitled to partial loss of future earnings of RM90,000 calculated at RM500/month with multiplier 15 on available evidence; prosthesis cost agreed at RM652,256 to be awarded but the court erred to impose 2.5% interest on the prosthesis from date of accident to judgment and that interest is removed.
