Reading the six articles as a whole, a reasonable reader would understand they complained of mismanagement by FELDA and its subsidiaries and did not allege the Plaintiffs committed impropriety; coupled with a consent judgment and court statement exonerating FELDA and the Plaintiffs which extinguished any cause of action, the Statement of Claim disclosed no reasonable cause of action and was properly struck out under Order 18 Rule 19.
