Order 71 r.5(1) of the ROC 2012 gives the Registrar discretion to request "any other information and/or documents" including a Sijil Faraid; therefore the Registrar is entitled to require or not require a Sijil Faraid based on the circumstances of each application and the present matters are remitted to the Registrar for disposal under that discretion.
