Prior High Court orders established the Plaintiff as the registered proprietor and that the transfers to the First Defendant were void ab initio; the First Defendant failed to demonstrate any registrable interest or exception under the National Land Code to justify lodging a caveat; accordingly the private caveat was removed, the First Defendant was prohibited from lodging further caveats, the Second Defendant was not held liable being protected under NLC s22, and costs of RM5,000 were awarded to the Plaintiff.
