The court allowed the amendment because it merely clarified and gave effect to the original order (which declared the specified transfers void under s52 Insolvency Act 1967) without altering its substance, fell within the court's inherent jurisdiction and Order 20 r11 to correct/clarify sealed orders, and was supported by the powers in ss417 and 340 National Land Code to enable Registrar action; amendment did not prejudice Defendant 1 and Defendant 2 consented to the procedural change.
