At interlocutory stage plaintiff proved an unusually sharp and clear triable issue that pre-factoring may be disguised moneylending, demonstrated that damages would be inadequate because receivership had already caused termination of key contracts, licensing jeopardy and irreversible business harm, and that the balance of convenience favoured preserving the plaintiff pending trial; accordingly a mandatory interlocutory injunction was justified revoking the appointment of the named receivers and restraining further appointments until final disposal.
