The Court appointed an independent assessor, accepted that rate levels were reasonable but found the ILs' contemporaneous particulars inadequate; because there were no realisations the Court allowed remuneration on a time-cost basis subject to fairness, discounted the time-cost claim by 25% for insufficient particularisation, excluded charges for the period prior to provision of statutory security and excluded administrative/support staff costs, and allowed reasonable post-stay works and investigation costs; Encl 130 was granted in part with costs RM15,000 subject to allocatur.
