The High Court found no error in the Sessions Court judge's application of sentencing principles: the judge properly considered the seriousness of repeat drug offending, public interest and deterrence, the appellant's prior convictions and the guilty plea; therefore the 6-year imprisonment term and 3-year supervision were affirmed and the appeal dismissed.
