Applicant failed to prove on the balance of probabilities that the Land Administrator's award was inadequate; the Government Valuer's comparables (particularly Comparables 1 and 2) were appropriate and within the valuation timeframe, the Applicant provided no evidence of actual land replacement costs, and the Assessors' opinions supported maintaining the award; accordingly the award of RM1,302,641.83 is to be maintained.
