The Court dismissed the appeals and affirmed the High Court: the appellant lacked locus standi under s.333 CA 2016 to remove the respondent as LR of foreign subsidiaries or to seek injunctive relief affecting assets/seals of those foreign companies; appointments and removals of LR for the PRC companies are governed by PRC law and must be effected by the respective companies' boards/shareholders; Malaysian courts lacked jurisdiction to grant the substantive reliefs sought over the foreign companies and the injunctions were correctly refused.
