The Tribunal award and subsequent COB cancellation letter rendered the COB's earlier direction ineffective; therefore the JMC ceased to have legal authority upon the expiry of the officeholders' terms, the 101st meeting and its decisions are null and void, and the Defendants who knowingly persisted in office and misrepresented their authority committed the tort of deceit; accordingly the Plaintiff's claims are allowed and enforced with costs.
