The Deputy Registrar did not err in fixing the reserved price; the Plaintiff's uncontradicted valuation report provided a sufficient evidential basis, the Defendants failed to rebut or cross‑examine the valuer, the DR properly considered prior failed auctions and practice directions and complied with s.257, therefore the DR's 15/9/2022 Order is sustained and the appeal fails.
