Clause 17 of the sale agreements imposed on the vendor the obligation to provide and connect water supply and clause 16 did not intend to include water supply as a maintenance service; therefore the defendant's cutting off of water was unlawful, plaintiffs demonstrated an unusually strong and clear case and the balance of convenience and risk of injustice favored granting the interlocutory mandatory injunction to restore and restrain disconnection of water supply.
