The subcontract on its face and by its entire agreement clause expressly stated it was made on 1 April 2014; therefore the contract was formed before CIPAA commenced on 15 April 2014, the adjudicator lacked jurisdiction and the adjudication Decision is void ab initio and must be set aside under s.15(d) CIPAA.
