The assessment proceeded notwithstanding the 7th Defendant's procedural objections; the sealed Federal Court order was not a prerequisite; the Power of Attorney was properly authenticated on the facts and held valid; on quantum the court adopted the Government valuer's market valuation of RM10,319,850 for loss of title, awarded RM85,000 for additional legal fees, declined rental and emotional distress claims, ordered interest from 29.01.2019 until full realisation and assessed costs of the assessment at RM30,000 payable by the 5th, 6th and 7th Defendants.
