High Court allowed the appeal, set aside the Sessions Court acquittal, held that the complainant's consistent testimony proved the elements of s14(a) Act 792 beyond reasonable doubt, found the charge not fatally defective for lack of a specific date, convicted the respondent and imposed sentence as below based on relationship of trust under s16(1) and other provisions.
