The Court held the applicant failed to prove he was 'found exposed' with sufficient particularity so Section 19B could not be invoked and thus Section 1(a) failed; adoption does not render adoptive parents the biological parents for Article 14 acquisition; the applicant also failed to discharge the burden to prove he 'was not born a citizen of any country' because he produced no evidence of his biological parents' citizenship, so Section 1(e) is not satisfied and Section 2(3) is inapplicable to create citizenship.
