Unsigned grounds and procedural lapses were technical and curable by the combined operation of s422 CPC and the proviso to s60(1) CJA because no substantial miscarriage of justice occurred; the contested evidence was relevant under s7 Evidence Act and its admission was either proper or curable under s167 and s422(c); parties had ample opportunity to argue all issues; therefore the conviction and substituted sentence are to be maintained and the review application dismissed.
