The court found the challenged Form 14A transfers and subsequent registrations were defeasible or void due to irregular acquisition of the estate (2005 proceedings) and subsequent High Court orders (19.1.2015 and 11.4.2017) cancelling those titles; the 1.4.2022 order (amended 17.4.2023) confirmed earlier orders and is binding; Plaintiffs failed to appeal earlier orders and cannot relitigate issues barred by res judicata; accordingly Plaintiffs do not possess indefeasible title under s.340 NLC and the interlocutory application (Lampiran 10) is dismissed with costs.
