The Court refused to set aside the 26 January 2022 remand order because the applicants' challenge properly belongs to the ongoing habeas corpus/judicial review proceedings, the Court in a criminal revision cannot compel the Director General of Immigration to issue Special Passes absent a direct challenge to cancellation/deportation orders and absent the Director General as party, and granting relief would be futile given subsequent remand orders and deportation steps.
