The application for an interim injunction was dismissed because the plaintiff, as a failed bidder and non-owner/non-concessionaire, lacked locus standi and no serious question to be tried arose against the 1st–3rd defendants; additionally Telekom Malaysia was a necessary party omitted from the suit, rendering the injunction application improperly conceived and fatal.
