High Court lacks jurisdiction to entertain a direct originating summons to cancel a registrar's caveat where no statutory application was made to the Registrar or State Director and no decision appealable under section 418 of the National Land Code exists; consequently the plaintiff's originating summons was premature and must be dismissed. The registrar's caveat entered under section 320 was valid and remains in force under section 321(3).
