The High Court upheld the Sessions Court findings: defendants 2,3 and 4 are vicariously liable for defendant 1; their conduct in denying liability, blaming the deceased and procedural failures (SOP breaches, inadequate equipment and training) aggravated plaintiffs' injuries and justified aggravated damages; RM100,000 was a reasonable, non-excessive award and there was no demonstrable error in the trial judge's findings, therefore the appeal on quantum is dismissed.
