The GN scheme was validly approved by the local authority under applicable statutory powers and guidelines; the Plaintiffs failed to prove that the guarded access and data practices amounted to unreasonable private or public nuisance or PDPA breach on the balance of probabilities; accordingly Plaintiffs' claims and Defendant's claim against the third parties are dismissed and costs awarded as ordered.
