Court held that GSA land remained subject to Act 530 and, despite registration in the defendant's name, the circumstances and evidence established that the defendant held the land as trustee/guardian for his mother and siblings; registration under s.340 NLC did not confer an indefeasible proprietary title overriding the statutory regime and the weight of evidence and adverse inference for failure to call a material witness supported allowing the appeal and granting declarations and account orders in favour of the appellants.
