Appeal allowed. Court held that measurements in Qualified Titles are provisional and the proper statutory route after final survey is recomputation under s.84 and referral under s.83; the High Court erred in ordering re-survey/cancellation of certified plans and in granting orders affecting the 4th defendant because the claim against it had been struck out and it held an indefeasible final title under s.92 and s.340 NLC; accordingly the High Court orders were set aside and parties ordered to bear their own costs.
