The Liquidator lawfully rejected the Applicant's Proof of Debt because the Federal Court decision established the Applicant was not entitled to the taxation order which formed the basis of the POD; the Liquidator did not err in law, was not obliged to inform the creditor of the asset sale, and the rejection was within the bounds of reasonable exercise of liquidator's functions.
