The High Court had jurisdiction under s.493(1) Companies Act 2016 to terminate the 26.4.2022 winding-up order made by this Court because a prior Shah Alam High Court winding-up order existed and it is illogical and impermissible for two winding-up orders to subsist against the same company; Sinarlim was distinguishable as it addressed a different jurisdictional context and did not prevent this Court from terminating an order it itself made.
