On the balance of probabilities the court was satisfied the funds in the respondent's account constituted proceeds or subject matter connected to offences under s4(1) and s56(1) Akta 613 and that Respondent Third failed to establish bona fide purchase for value; moreover the court struck out Respondent Third's affidavits as irregular and unreliable due to differing signatures and absence of proper attestation, leaving no credible answer to the forfeiture application; accordingly forfeiture to the Government was ordered.
