The High Court held the Sessions Court judge was correct to refuse to set aside the notices and writ because the second Notis Belif properly referenced the 10.1.2019 order and superseded the first erroneous notice, the writ was validly issued and lawfully transferred between courts, and the appeal was academic as possession had already been delivered; accordingly the appeal is dismissed with costs.
