High Court held there was no error in the Sessions Court's finding of insufficiency of evidence to establish a prima facie case: identification of the accused was unreliable, prosecution failed to call the security guard and failed to prove linkage of the seized phone/number to the accused; therefore the acquittal/discharge at end of prosecution was properly ordered and must be upheld.
