The naming of MDKK as respondent was a clerical mistake by the court registry; PTJKK functioned as the Land Administrator and was represented throughout, thereby protecting MDKK's interests; substitution of the respondent to PTJKK under Order 20 r 11 was appropriate and did not prejudice MDKK; therefore the applicant's amendment application was allowed and the respondent's application dismissed.
