The Court affirmed the High Court's findings that the Defendant had appointed the 2nd–4th consultants as part of a team, there was no pleaded or evidential basis that the Plaintiffs breached the LOE or acted without required approvals, the invoices were not challenged as unreasonable, and the trial judge's factual findings were justified; therefore the Plaintiffs were entitled to the claimed fees and interest and the appeal was dismissed.
