The suspension and expulsion were procedurally unfair and void because the plaintiff was not informed of the allegations nor given an opportunity to be heard; the matter required adherence to natural justice despite contractual membership rules; the plaintiff's evidence (unrebutted after defendant's election of no case to answer) discharged the civil burden and the alleged contravention of Article 8.5 was not trivial and justified investigation; accordingly judgment entered for plaintiff.
