Section 6A(6A) applied to the Applicant (confirmed and EPF-option before 1/1/2009 and later given option for pension), therefore section 6A(4) did not operate to exclude his earlier MOH service; the JPA letters of 24.12.2010 and 09.07.2012 constituted authoritative representations acted upon and could not be revoked after the Applicant relied on them; consequence: Applicant's service from 01.08.1991 to 03.04.2024 is aggregated for pension and gratuity and the reliefs in prayers 1(a),2,3,4 and 5 are allowed.
