The Court upheld the trial judge's findings that the prosecution proved the essential elements of bribery for each charged date by admissible witness testimony supported by recordings and transcripts; absence of standalone call‑log exhibits did not invalidate the evidence because under s.402B(7) the call details in witness statements are to be treated as if produced as exhibits, and therefore the convictions stand.
