On the balance of probabilities the court found that defendants, through EAS and RAB, made false representations and induced plaintiffs to invest, then failed to pay the contractual monthly sale price; evidence and admissions established a pattern of misrepresentation, concealment and misappropriation, supporting findings of fraud, conspiracy and unjust enrichment; the corporate veil was lifted to hold identified individuals liable for plaintiffs in Lampiran 2; plaintiffs in Lampiran 3 failed to prove agreements so their claims were dismissed.
